I had my doctor check out these prenatal supplements for me and she said that they had everything you need and then some extras included. I think the worst part about taking this supplement is the fact that they (at least the ones in the bottle I got) were very powdery on the outside and have a bad taste. It definitely makes them less appealing to take like you're supposed to (as recommended on the bottle) but they're definitely worth it to have a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby in the end. One bottle will last you about two months, which is convenient if you don't have a lot of money to spend on supplements every single month. Another convenience with these is that you only need to take one a day. I would recommend these to anyone planning on getting pregnant, who is pregnant or nursing mothers as this is recommended to continue while you're nursing.
